Back homesneak peak…
30/04/2009Well, it’s been awhile since we have done a post, so I thought I would let you know what I did tonight. I decided to design albums for Coda and Holden from the first 3ish months of their lives. I know, I know, you would think we would have albums like this already, tons of them. Well, we don’t. We’re big slackers!! Tonight I finished Holden’s. So, here is a sneak peak. Will post the entire layout soon. Enjoy!

one more post…
27/03/2009i’ve been going through all of my photos and i came across this one of coda and “the big blue truck” and just thought he looked so cute. enjoy.

party on…
27/03/2009sunday we were invited to a birthday party for one of coda’s school friends. of course coda was all over it. he loves birthday parties and raegan is one of his good friends if you remember this post. her dad works at our gym so it was there. coda had an awesome time. they played all kinds of games and had some cake. even holden had a good time.
saving the earth one diaper at a time…
27/03/2009We have decided to go cloth with holden. Yes, I know, I’m turning into a total Boulder hippie! But, what can I say. I’ve been out here in Colorado for what, over 5 years now? We recycle, have Sigg waterbottles, use our reusable grocery bags… cloth diapering just seemed to be the next step. This is our happy heiny pocket diaper. We just bought one to try and out and see if we liked it. I like them and Zach seems to be on board, so the next step is to just buy some more and slowly phase out our disposables.
Super Iron Man
1/01/2009Here is a quick little video of Coda introducing himself as “Super Iron Man.” I love it how he has to get his gun cocked before he can officially say it, and the smirk on his face is classic!

Welcome to “The Silly Bears”
1/01/2009So we decided that we can’t keep leaving Holden out in the cold, and we decided to move the family blog to something other than codabear.com. So since it is a new year there really isn’t a better time to start. Keep you eyes peeled for new updates as we get everything transitioned over here. Enjoy!
2008 Year in Review
17/12/2008Just some photos for a quick glance at our lives in 2008!

Journaling says:
our year remembered 2008
- guys snowboarding trip – super coda – start showing – cons – surprise visit – welcome amelia – climbing longs – best of friends – welcome holden – at the park – road trip – building snowen -
2008 has been such a great year. three babies joined the family (amelia on zach’s side and kameron on my side and of course our little holden). zach was very active with his annual guys snowboarding trip, then climbing longs, and starting in a hockey league. we also traveled back to IL twice this year (once for keira’s first birthday and then once to introduce holden to the raod). we went on many trips to the childrens museum, the park, the zoo. all in all, we really enjoyed all of our friends and family.
